Wipes

When do the servers wipe?

Each server wipes on its own schedule. The servers page shows every server's next wipe in your local time.

Why can't I join right after a wipe?

A server takes about ten minutes to come back after a wipe while the new map loads. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Packages

How do I get my Package?

Packages belong to the Steam account you were signed in with when you bought them. Join the server the Package is for and it applies to you there.

My Package isn't working, what do I do?

First check that you're playing on the Steam account you bought it with, then rejoin the server. If it still isn't working:

How do I cancel a subscription?

Sign in and open My subscriptions, where you can cancel any subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Only if a Package doesn't work and staff can't fix it, or the law requires one. Otherwise all purchases are final; see the refund policy.

Appeals

I was banned. How do I appeal?

Open a ban appeal ticket in our Discord. Include your Steam name, the server and why you think the ban was wrong.

How long does an appeal take?

Staff review every appeal as fast as possible, and reply in your ticket if further information is needed from you.
